Two Parcels side by side adding up to just under 30 acres of GREAT potential development land in the Madison Creek Subdivision area. This property backs up to one of Raymore's city parks and ponds, quick access to local shopping areas and very near the esteemed Creekmoor Golf Coarse. Seller intends to sell both Parcels together and does not wish to divide these up or sell them separately. For development, the City will require 1 stream crossing to connect Madison Creek Drive west to the future extension of Sunset Lane.
