Nestled in the Lee Creek WMA is this beautiful 40-acre paradise, as your own private retreat surrounded on all sides by US national forest land. Located less than 40 minutes from Fayetteville with road access to the property easily accessible by any vehicle. Welcome to your new hunting/ ATV base or investment property! The land holds Black bears, Deer, Turkeys, and the occasional wild hog. A gated entrance with trail paths that have been cut for an ATV follow along the flat terrain north side with multiple deer and bear stand locations cleared. The southern side has one cleared stand on top and for the adventurous, a walking trail to the bottom to the secret deer habitat.
